the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Credential today!
GCDF Credential is an internationally recognized certification for
professionals serving in a variety of occupations related to career
development support and facilitation in both public and private
sector organisations. To achieve the certification, a candidate must
complete the 120 hour NCDA CDF curriculum taught by an NCDA
registered Career Development Facilitator Instructor.
120-hour Career Development Facilitator (CDF) course is offered in a
convenient format to suit the varying needs and schedules of
participants. This includes minimum 40 hours of self-study, 40 hours
on an independent project and 40 hours (5 days) of face-to-face
sessions spread over 3 months, as follows:
Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification is provided
through the Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc. (CCE), a
subsidiary of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).
Through Personal Mastery Resources, you are well placed to earn both
